BPA J.S was formed in 2003, servicing the commercial, industrial and residential markets of I.R Iran. Today BPA Construction is one of the largest truly empowered construction companies in Iran. The Company has a total staff complement of 35.
The Company is accredited with Planning and Management Organization ratings of 2, confirming BPA ability to take on projects of unlimited value in both the general building and civil engineering industries. BPA is 100% black-owned .

Our Services

BPA Construction offers contracting services on a wide variety of projects, from Finance, Design, Build and Operate to Public Private Partnership Contracts as well as the conventional building contracts. Backed by our significant resources, the Company is well placed to effectively tackle projects of any size and complexity.

BPA places great emphasis on the training and development of all employees. Through our in-house-mentorship scheme, the needs of our staff are identified and training programmes implemented in order to effectively develop individual growth and performance. Skills education is facilitated at site level through formal training programmes.

Safety, Health and Environment

Our mission is to achieve and maintain the highest level of Safety, Health and Environmental control in all areas of the Company’s operations. Innovative training and education programs allow us to provide our employees and subcontractors with the tools they need to increase safety and reduce the risk on every project we manage.


BPA Construction’s quality assurance procedures are comprehensive and fully enforced and the Company has been awarded full ISO 9001:2008 certification.


BPA Construction is committed to the principles of integrity, accountability and transparency as set out in MPO.

The Board

The Board consists of three Directors, and meets fortnightly on a formal basis. It is responsible for setting strategy, determining investment policy, reviewing quarterly performance in detail against previously approved budgets and identifying and monitoring risk areas. BPA Construction complies with the mandatory requirement of having a Chairman as well as a Managing Director, with separate functions within the Company.

Remuneration Committee

The Board has established a Remuneration Committee, which consists of all three Executive Directors. It is responsible for determining the remuneration packages and conditions of employment of the Executive Directors and staff complement.

Audit and Risk Management Committees

The Audit Committee consists of two Executive Directors. Both the head of the internal audit department and the external audit partners have unrestricted access to the Audit Committee. With a small Board of Directors, BPA Construction believes that the creation of a Nomination Committee would be giving precedence to substance over form. However, the Board regularly reviews the appropriateness of its size and how best it can perform its duties.
